my sat dinner..
been wanting to make bak kut teh for dear dear as he loves it.. so went to get the herbs on a weekday night..
first, you need to drain the bak kut with boiling hot water..
next you need to get the herbs and garlic ready..
next, you need a big pot..
ta-da.. u got a pot of yummy soup!
next, i took out my la gourmet pan to do some frying.. since sis and alfred will be coming over for dinner.. i better prepare more dishes..
next, i made some steamed eggs..then, i fry some beansprouts.. my fave. vege.. i had to "tiak" all the roots.. now i know how "lei chei" it is for grandma to cook this for me..
finally, i used the new rice cooker to cook some rice.. thanks mummy & papa for the rice cooker..
