been lazy to blog but been baking..

last sunday, tried to make chocolate chips cookies from the recipe given by kendy mummy, she made some yummy chocolate chips cookies last week and we all gave the thumbs up! she gave me the same recipe but the result did not turn out well..:(

over the week, baked some apple crumble for mum to bring to work and hand delivered to dear dear for his tea break..

made some pineapple tarts too.. tried the recipe from the book sweet asian treats.. it really gives the melt-in-the mouth feeling! it is quite easy to make.. nice! i like it!

yesterday, tried to make cornflake cookies from my grandma's recipe book.. already bought all the ingredients ready at home from my last visit at phoon huat.. all the cornflakes, cherry garnish, butter, sugar etc.. it's time to try..

it is not too bad.. hee
