cny is coming soon.. time to bake for my family.. my house in fact.. have been baking and distributing them to my relatives and dear dear..
kendy found a great recipe for pineapple tarts.. it gives the melt in the mouth feeling and omits a very fragant smell from the pineapple tarts..
here's a picture of it.. 1 recipe of can make about 50 tarts which store about 3 quarters of the red plastic bottle.. which means i have to make alot! now am thinking.. perhaps i should take 1 day leave on wednesday, eve of lunar new year to bake more.. but is real tiring..
