祝你生日快乐! sunday we had a great time at the hotel enjoying hi-tea to celebrate my dear sis birthday..!! yes, this is her 21st birthday.. sis, wishing you a really happy birthday, may yr new job brings u to greater heights, may u stay young, pretty, happy, cheerful always n may all good things abound in u..amen! this sis of mine.. really 女大十八变。。。

she has become prettier n prettier each day.. mayb also she is glowing with radiant from her love.. hee.. im glad tat u have bastian now.. he really takes good care of u n have made u become more mature than your peers n even me?? in terms of your thinking not looks.. dun worry.. hee.. dun u agree my friends, those that have seen her in person because we were from the same pri n sec school..

hee though im older than her, she calls me 妹妹.. this is what my family calls me at home.. i remember we were in the same primary sch n where she called me 妹妹 in school.. my classmates will go.. thought she is your younger sis?? how come ur her 妹妹.. hee.. it's fun having so many siblings.. when we were young, the 3 of us.. played play dough, polly pocket, paper dolls, barbie dolls, played cooking together, build e mickey mouse club hse n camp in it.. disallowing the adults to come in.. played games like monopoly, hamburger, uno, scrabble, boggle, dum, 飞机棋, mastermind, caterpillar, swinging monkeys, crocodile the dentist, lego, heart attack, jenga etc.. of course most of the toys r proudly sponsored by my dad, aunt n uncle on our birthdays or christmas!

my sis is in the hospitality industry.. v.hardworking too!, prior to her graduation, she already took up part time jobs in other hotels to have a wider exposure n gain a competivie advantage compared to her peers.. well, her hard work paid off.. soon after she graduated, those interviews that she went, she got in resulting in her dilemma to choose which hotels to work for.. eventally she ended up in a hotel near the esplanade... in her yr there, she had to work shift hours where she has to stay in the hotel as sometimes her shift can start from 3am onwards and end at 11pm.. if she were to come home, the time she spent on the journey would allow her to have more rest but have to be compromised.. often she had to work longer hours than expected as she has a greater responsibility.. yesterday was her last day at the hotel.. finally!! yipeee!! because she comes home only once a week when she was there, i miss her alot.. whenever she comes home which is usually once a week.. we will talk for v.long. re e time i took leave at home to study.. we ended up talking n snacking n sleeping.. hee.. see i updated my blog for about 2 weeks le but yesterday she asked me, you got blog meh?? haha

whenever she comes home, she will update me on the beauty news, how to care for your face, which brand of cosmetic to use.. dont apply too much make up to maintain the au natural look n maintain the soft supple skin.. must remember to take collagen as im getting older.. but 香 im nt even mid-twenties yet.. hee hee.. im thinking of buying the whitening essence.. im gettin darker n darker because i always have to be in the sun when going out for lunches.. ):

there r times when u call me on e phone to tell me e problems u r facing.. im sorry that i cant b of much help.. i remember v.vividly, there was once when u called me when i was still in jj n i was at imm lunching with my colleagues.. u were crying yet im so helpless.. all the methods that i suggested u have thought of it before.. before i can put my mind at ease on this, my manager came on me to carry out some urgent tasks again which i cant concentrate n think of ways to help.. i felt really bad that im so useless.. im sorry.. but glad all things went well n u enjoyed yourself at the end.. *blink blink* its a secret between us.. dun tell b sis k, but im sure she'll pester me because she likes to read blog.. can u imagine, her hobby is to read blog.. but im glad, else no1 reads my blog.. haha
like my bro.. our sister-ship also not at all smooth sailing.. we had our fair share of quarrels, disagreements n fights!! haha.. yes fights! shant describe our fights in detail..

tdy's a brand new start for her at another hotel.. though it is not the best hotel yet, they treat their staff really well.. i have been in the service industry 2 years back n i have worked with the staff in the hotel before.. they r really a great bunch.. i believe that when top management treats their staff well, staff inturn will treat their customers/ counterparts well too.. for instance, a particular budget fashion chain sells clothings really cheap but when we ask them for a different size or a new piece, they simply go, its all out there.. without any customer serivce at all.. or should i say they simply provide the clothes n no service at all?? making me so pissed off everytime n i do not shop there now.. if i have to spend $$ yet have to tolerate the person's attitude.. i rather don't buy.. often, i buy more because of the salesperson attitude.. in another particular fashion brand in isetan, the staff is extremely friendly n helpful.. their prices r mid-range.. n i get good attitude.. with such a good experience, everytime i buy, i get a few pieces n not 1.. so that's how service is so important now.. so im happy for u that ur working there now.. all e best for yr 1st day at work!!

wan to take this chance to tell u that though we have our share of disagreements, but i love u alot.. hope that next time if u still encounter any problems i can b of much help not wanting u to have problems though.. u will always b my sweet, pretty 小香..
